In the production of moulded door panels, firstly high quality wood is converted into fiber by going through refinery process. After blending with adhesives and other chemicals, fibres are laid. Then panels are shaped in multi-layered presses giving its shapes. Panels are packaged after sizing and prepainting processes. Doorpan panels are produced as 2,3,4,6 panels with double layer waterbased primer, which is suitable for all kinds of finishing paints and varnishes. Glass can be applied to panels when extra light is needed in the room. Doorpan panel has an aesthetic look with its texture of plain and wood patterns.
